Internships

Häring Precision USA LP

For my internship requirement in LAIB, I completed a Marketing internship with the German company, Häring Precision in Lavonia, GA. Häring Precision is an automotive precision parts manufacturer headquartered in Bubsheim, Germany with global locations in Poland, United States, China, and Tunisia. As a manufacturing company, they operate as a B2B company.

I interned in the summer of 2025, from June to August. As a marketing intern, I supported internal and external communications, helped with content creation for social media, supported recruiting events such as job fairs and college career fairs, as well as planning activities and events. As a global company, German is the company language, even for the American facility. Implementing Häring's global brand identity was vital in everyday work.

Because of this internship in Summer 2025, I was given the opportunity to return as an intern for the Spring 2026 semester! From January to April, my role has expanded to not only continue my role in Marketing, but also gain experience in Purchasing where I have learned about order and inventory management. I am extremely grateful for the life-long connections I have made at Häring and the hand-on, practical business experience I have gained while working there.

Campus Outreach

In the Fall 2024 semester, I was a Marketing/ Resources Intern for the student ministry I am involved with, Campus Outreach. There were multiple aspects to this internship - in Clemson and outside of Clemson.

*This internship was not completed for any requirements in the LAIB major.*

On the Clemson side on my internship, I helped in planning irregular outreach/ hang out events on campus, external communications, and mostly with the Media team in as designing graphics for social media, posting, as well as creating a social media series called "Meet the Student Mondays". The Clemson side of the internship was focused a lot more on the weekly and day-to-day operations within the ministry.

On the larger scale of my internship, I got the opportunity to be a part of the planning team for one of the large, annual events Campus Outreach offers to students called Winter Conference. Every year, many different CO campuses gather together in a designated place for faith training and spiritual development right before the Spring semester begins. For Winter Conference 2025, Clemson and 3 other Campus Outreach regions gathered in St. Simons Island, GA.

Within the planning team, we met every few weeks throughout the semester to discuss plans and preparation for the conference. I was a part of the Marketing & Communications Team during the planning process, in which I designed media graphics and helped in planning when/ what to post for social media platforms. During the actual conference, my role shifted to Media Team where I took pictures and videos throughout the conference to post on social media (feed, stories, & reels). I also recorded the audios for multiple meetings/ sessions during the conference.
